What is the minimum time required?

30 hours for the Familiarization course and 15 hours for the Refresh course.

What is the difference between the A320 SGP Aircraft Engineer Certificate edition and the standard A320 SGP completion (trainer) edition?

The Certificate edition enables in-app eligibility and issuance of a completion certificate. Recognition by authorities depends on the approvals of the organization under which you enroll. The standard edition is a trainer only and does not issue a certificate.

When does the timer run?

Only when the app is open, in focus, and you are actively using it.

What kind of certificate is issued?

A certificate of completion for this course. Standard issuance is EASA. If you need issuance under another authority, ask us before purchase so we can confirm availability.

Certificate and authorities

On request, and subject to partner approvals, certificates can be issued under: Iraqi CAA, Indian CAA, Libyan CAA, Pakistan CAA, and CAASL, in addition to EASA as standard.

Is this a Part-147 certificate?

No. It’s a completion certificate. If delivered under a partner Part-147 MTO, their Form 148/149 applies; otherwise it is suitable for awareness and may be used in Part-145 continuation training when accepted by your organisation.

Does Gen Fam grant release-to-service privileges?

No. Gen Fam is Level 1 awareness. Release privileges require the right AML category plus type rating training at Level 3 and, where applicable, OJT.
