This guide is not approved by the aircraft manufacturer or the FAA/CAA/JAA/EASA or Transport Canada or any other authority and does not supersede, replace, or overrule the aircraft manufacturer’s AOM, FCOM, or any other official manual.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than content you own, under these Terms, PAFAERO and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms.
3. Restrictions
You are expressly restricted from the following:

Publishing any Website material in any media
Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing any Website material
Publicly performing or showing any Website material
Using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website
Using this Website in any way that impacts user access
Using this Website contrary to applicable laws or regulations

Access to certain areas of this Website may be restricted by PAFAERO at any time. Any user ID and password must be kept confidential.

By displaying Your Content, you grant PAFAERO a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media.

7. Licence

The Licensor grants to the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to:
Install and use the Software as provided
Use the Software in accordance with its documentation

The Licensee may not sublicense any rights without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Use of the Software is limited to the agreed number of installations, users, and concurrent users.
The Software may only be used by authorised personnel under the consent of the Licensor.
The Licensee must not:
Sell, rent, lease, publish, distribute, or redistribute the Software
Alter, edit, or adapt the Software
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to do so

The Licensee is responsible for safeguarding copies of the Software and ensuring only authorised persons have access.

8. No Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights
Nothing in this Agreement assigns or transfers any Intellectual Property Rights between the parties.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PAFAERO against all liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.
10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our digital training products, once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, no refunds will be provided. By purchasing, you agree that your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is waived once the digital content has been made available to you.
11. Force Majeure
PAFAERO shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party services.
12. Limitation of Use for Safety-Critical Applications
All PAFAERO products are intended for training and demonstration purposes only and must never be used for real-world flight operations or safety-critical decision-making.
13. Third-Party Content & Links
This Website may contain links to third-party websites. PAFAERO is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such sites and does not endorse them.
14. Export Compliance
By purchasing PAFAERO products, you agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Products may not be exported or re-exported to any prohibited country or to anyone on any government export exclusion list.
15. Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. If they are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Variation of Terms
PAFAERO may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
18. Assignment
PAFAERO may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and/or obligations without notice. You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between PAFAERO and you regarding your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lisbon for dispute resolution.
21. Product Licence Agreement
All PAFAERO products must be used for training or demonstration purposes only. Under no circumstances shall these products be used as an operational reference. Products must not be issued for third-party training without prior written authorisation from PAFAERO. Certificates issued by PAFAERO are not valid for commercial operation unless explicitly validated by PAFAERO.
