PAFAERO / Interactive systems training

A320 Family
Systems Simulator

Understand the system.
See the aircraft respond.

Operate cockpit and system controls within the simulator, change supported conditions, and follow the live response through dynamic schematics and ECAM indications — with Learning Mode explaining the system in context.

For pilots, technicians, engineers, students, instructors and training organisations.

System configurations and applicable modifications vary by aircraft variant.

From theory to practical application

Connect the diagram
to the aircraft response.

Knowing the diagram is a start. Confidence grows when you can explain the response.

Manuals, presentations, CBT and approved technical data remain valuable references. PAFAERO adds an interactive layer: operate a control, follow the resulting configuration and repeat the interaction before practical aircraft exposure.

01 / Operate → Configure → Observe → Learn → Repeat

Make every interaction
a learning moment.

Contextual Learning Mode connects the component you are exploring to its function and current state.

  1. 01

    Operate

Interact with cockpit and system controls within the simulator.

  2. 02

    Configure

Change supported modes, conditions and available failures.

  3. 03

    Observe

Follow system logic through dynamic schematics and ECAM indications.

  4. 04

    Learn

Use Learning Mode to explain components, relationships and the current state.

  5. 05

    Repeat

Reset and revisit normal or abnormal scenarios at your own pace.

Available controls, modes and functions vary by system module and aircraft variant.

02 / Beyond the normal state

When a condition changes,
follow the consequences.

Explore an abnormal configuration, inspect the affected component and reason through what the system is showing you.

Instructor control

Set the condition.
Let the learner explain it.

Configure a supported failure, observe the response and reset to revisit the lesson.

Explore representative ATA 24 failure categories across generation and IDG, transformer rectifiers and batteries, distribution devices, and abnormal training presets. Additional system-specific failures and training conditions are available within the simulator.

Beyond the public demo

One family.
Interactive systems training.

Across the available modules, the training approach is consistent: interact with the system, observe the aircraft response, understand the logic and repeat the scenario.

Available controls, modes and functions vary by system module and aircraft variant.

A321XLR / ATA 28 Fuel

Operate the fuel system.
Follow the response.

The clip shows one A321XLR transfer sequence within a deeper interactive ATA 28 environment. Operate pumps, use simulator refuel/defuel controls and explore supported transfers and operating conditions — following the system logic and indications.

A321XLR configuration shown. Fuel-system configurations vary across the A320 Family.

Show what can be simulated

Where applicable to the module and aircraft variant, combine your inputs with dynamic schematic and indication changes:

  • Operate fuel pumps and observe the resulting system state.
  • Perform refuelling and defuelling using the simulator's refuel/defuel panel and controls.
  • Command supported fuel transfer between tanks and follow the resulting indications.
  • Simulate fuel-system behaviour in supported modes such as ground, takeoff and climb.
  • Observe automatic system logic responding to those conditions where supported.
